Cerro Frías

23 kms from El Calafate, Cerro Frías is a  1,100 meter hill and valley on the edge of the Patagonian steppe shared by remote estancias and tourist lodges.  The valley is full of wildlife - condors, flamingos, hares, guanacos as well as sheep and cattle.
